For bailing us out all those years ago, but his time here has been a disaster, I think he lost the fight/appetite when Mick left.
I'm surprised and not surprised by the fact that the players and Cook didn't know anything until it was announced, just screams of Marcus Evans whole DNA, just silent, hidden in the background.
I wish him well for the future, because at his heart I'm sure he desperately wanted success, but it's the right thing for him to hand over the reigns, if nothing else, I'm looking forward to seeing the club have some love and TLC scattered around the place.
