Went with 2 mates and we were below the camera slightly to the right on a blazing hot day!

The Ipswich 4 Man Utd 1 game looks like a sell out. Did we get good crowds in the early 70's? https://www.britishpathe.com/search/query/Ipswich
Some brilliant old Town footage here...and not just football on 01:23 - May 27 with 464 views | ITFC_History | Great post sadly the one that stood out for me was our first ever meeting against Manchester United in 1958 in the FA Cup. The tie took place on the 25th January just 12 days before the Munich air crash. It was the last match at Old Trafford involving the Busby Babes. Playing for Manchester united that day were Roger Byrne the Manchester United captain, Eddie Colman, Mark Jones, Tommy Taylor who all lost their lives just a few days later. Bobby Charlton scored both goals for Utd that day where Duncan Edwards played a part in the victory. https://www.britishpathe.com/video/VLVA66Z1FYU7DS2E4COYDAW8NHW1K-UK-MANCHESTER-U [Post edited 27 May 2021 1:40]
