Manchester United's lowest league attendance so far this season is 73,297 against Fulham in August.
Going by this, tonight's attendance should easily beat the 67,597 crowd that was watched way back by Town fans in December 2000.

So to all who are going tonight, enjoy the game & continue to make us proud
Today's result was as far as I am aware equalled our biggest ever home defeat. We also lost by the same scoreline in 2002.
The most goals we have ever conceded game at home was against Manchester United on the 3rd September 1963 where we lost 7-2. Denis Law scored a hat-trick that day.
Anyone there on October 1977 when he sat in the opposition dug out when we played them at Portman road? He must have had a fantastic reception just like Sir Bobby Robson did against Newcastle in 2001. But sadly I cannot find any information on it
Well done to all to all who were there. You done us proud.

Just thought I add them all up to see who played the most minutes leading up to the cup final & then to sadly miss out. Was quite surprised to find it was Robin Turner who played in every game apart from the 3rd round tie against Cardiff.

Only four players played every minute. Alan Brazil played the least coming off the bench for the last 15 minutes against Bristol Rovers in the 5th Round replay (thanks Ftnfwest) Portman Road
I'm not sure if it has been mentioned already on here but I believe the game against West Ham was the biggest attendance we have played in front of since September 2001, when we lost 4-0 at Manchester United with 67,551 attending the game.
I also believe Saturdays game was the 9th most attended game ever in our history & the 4th highest this century.

This was put on you tube today. Never saw the highlights due to being at the game. Should have won by more then two imo but either way it was a great night.
Also great to see Márton Fülöp in an interview after the game. Underrated keeper who was taken way too soon.
