They all need a bit of finishing practice. I can't remember the last time I saw a match with so many breaks and no end product. They had 3 on 2 a couple of times, and even a 4 on 2 at the end. But they didn't get close to threatening from any of those positions. Highly entertaining as a result though.
There's a real chance they could get through to the last 8 now. Runner up of that group (Italy must be favourites to win) has to play runner up of Group B, which is likely to be Russia or Finland as things stand (again, you'd think Belgium would win Group B). |  |
