What constitutes a 'small town'? 14:54 - Jun 17 with 747 viewsGeomorph

I'm a geographer of sorts by profession and all this talk of howwible team bonding nights out reverberating around Ipswich is confusing me a bit.

I live in a 'small town' of about 12,500.

Isn't Ipswich up to somewhere around 130,000 nowadays... ??

Poll: Luton or Dubai ?
