I've seen a fair few people faking seizures in my time. Some favour dropping (light)stuff on their faces because they will always react. Myself, I prefer the 'let's give them a couple of litres of fluid, to flush out all the nasty lactic acid they'll be building up' because the threat of imminently wetting yourself tends to weed out all but the most uncommitted.
