That's a sad loss, only saw The Chieftans once but at least I saw them. Cambridge Folk Festival and I remember Paddy introducing a song in French and Spanish and then banging himself on the side of the head to switch into English whilst apologising for forgetting where he was. Also, an ex-accountant I believe.
