Wycombe is hardly "west". Also, Bristol would be a considerable diversion off the shortest route between the two.

No way will the players not return home.

Wycombe is only 2 hours from Ipswich and no where near Plymouth!

Why would we stay away from home and training for 72 hours just to avoid two hours on the road. Makes absolutely no sense at at all.

It's a good question, my guess would be that after a post match meal back at the hotel they'd then come back Saturday evening arriving back in town midnight ish..

Drive to Wycombe Monday PM and stay overnight again..
