Given that almost half of the games in question were last season, when Cook's record was worse than Lambert's, I am amazed that more than a third of people think his performance has been good or excellent.
We are within a couple of wins of the playoffs and (in the league at least) are on an upward trajectory. For that reason I can just about drag myself into the "OK" camp, but it is so depressing what appears to constitute success these days. We're closer to automatic relegation than automatic promotion in terms of points still. In the Third Division.
I would be interested to see how many people thought Keane and Jewell did a good or excellent job, given that they had materially higher win percentages in a higher league for a longer period.

For me, he’s doing a good job. That’s not to say last season and the start of this weren’t disappointing. But over my years of supporting Ipswich I’ve seen flurries of good results in the past that ultimately meant very little and we ended up going backwards..
Given the last couple of decades we shouldn’t underestimate the difficulty – or the importance – of getting a team and club moving in the right direction. Something we haven’t really seen at all in the past half-dozen years. And sparingly before that.
Cook and the club as a whole show signs of that progress now. Which is good.
