Really weird 11:28 - Jan 29 with 419 views

Just saw my neighbour Quentin and gave him a hearty wave and 'Good morning' as you do, and he said 'Good morning, Quentin' and then went straight past his house and down an alleyway. Why would he call me by his name? He's clearly doing drugs and was about to meet his dealer. Should I report him?
