MA was swooning over him like a love struck teenager. I really hope he stays for many seasons here and gets us up to the top division and makes us a force again. I do worry that if he continues to show the intelligence and ability that he has so far, bigger, higher up clubs might come circling already. [Post edited 17 Feb 2022 16:25]

I don't think he would leave a promotion push if we were on one next season, and if we get promoted there aren't many Champ clubs with a better backing. We are safe for some time yet.

I was reassured to hear that Ashton has his eye on many, other, up and coming coaches. As part of his job... I'd say KM was planning on being here a while, though. Given, what was said about his input in transforming/up dating the facilities and general structure of the playing and training side of things..... There won't be many jobs out there, where he gets the chance to build something completely from scratch... I'm hoping, over time, he see's this project as "his baby".. And, as such, it might be more difficult for him to just leave, unless a really big job came up... He will have to achieve some success here , though, you would of thought. Before the bigger vultures start circling, imo...
