Our style of play is very much trying to get in behind the full backs, our goals come a lot from the right too. (Most fans want a left sided Wes Burns to make it more balanced) But apart from scoring more set pieces we need a striker who can pick it up and beat a player and hit the target from around the box and / or a proper target man in the mold of Darryl Murphy. Our 4 strikers are all different. As I see it, Bonne is a finisher in the box, mainly feet. Norwood a crash and bash striker Jackson runs the lines in behind or wants over the top. I have no clue about Pigs tbh. I’ve seen his 20 goal season and his goals were a mix of decent strikes, headers and scrappy toe pokes. Possibly what we need but I can’t see him doing it unless he has a fantastic pre season and scores early on in the season. Also our midfield should shoot more often. Lots to sort out up front. Wouldn’t be surprised to see only Jackson stay, perhaps Bonne 2 new in. | |
