He's the most natural evans replacement we've got in terms of skillset. He's looked so consistently good in the pizza cup and really confident in demanding the ball, which is so important in that position. He seems wise beyond his years in the decisions he makes.
Next time evans is injured/suspended/tired and we need a ball-playing midfielder (which we do every week really), i'd like to see humphreys in there instead of ball, camara etc. who, although they are good players, would force us ti change our approach. |  |
