Didn’t think I’d like this KO time but really enjoyed it. Good atmosphere in the NS, probably due to the cameras, quality opposition and the amount of alcohol imbibed beforehand.
Derby were good – it felt more like a Championship game, which made a refreshing change from the normal well-set-up-but-essentially-ultra-defensive-4000-home-crowds teams we normally face.
Didn’t think we were poor, which seems to be what some are saying here and at half-time yesterday. Derby have good players and an excellent coach – they just matched us.
Some of our players struggled with their pace and pressing, probably because we tend to have a lot of time to knock the ball about. Did make me wonder if some of them would make the step up to the Championship.
I wish the bloke a couple of rows back didn’t spend the whole match moaning – really loudly – about any of our players as soon as they made any mistake. I don’t think John-Jules “fùcking off back to Arsenal right now” was great advice, or that realistic.

Agree with all of that....early doors both wide players seemed to be getting past us with ease.
Only problem with Friday night football is an empty Saturday but it was very enjoyable, would have been more so if not driving!
