Film recommendation - The Forgotten Battle 11:01 - Nov 8 with 778 viewsThisIsMyUsername

Dutch-produced film set around the Battle of the Scheldt during the liberation of Holland in 1944.

Just stumbled upon and watched it on Netflix, and would recommend it.

Watch with original Dutch audio and English subtitles. This way the Dutch parts are in Dutch, the German parts are in German, and the British/Canadian parts are in English.

Decent film although if you look at how many casualties there actually were in the Battle of Walcheren Causeway then this is a little over the top.

Also why only 4 paratroopers in a glider!!!
