Internet and access for kids 20:31 - Nov 18 with 367 viewsgtsb1966

At what age do you let children access the Internet. My daughter let my grandson on the net at 5 ,certain sites,but I have my worries. She doesn't let him on for long but I looked at YouTube kids and it's still a bit too old . She has just told me not let him on it anymore as he won't go to the toilet as sites have told him monsters are there. P.s...my daughter has stopped the Internet for him.
