Midfield worries 14:44 - Dec 3 with 664 views

We are worryingly light in the midfield, Humphries has done brilliantly but he cannot play 90 mins of every game you could see the midfield tiring in that second half.

The other issue with Humphries is it means Morsy has to play a deeper role when I think our biggest success this season has been getting Morsy forwards.

Maybe the Wolfendon as holding CM might be a decent idea, Edmundson can slot in at the back and that would allow Morsy to get forwards.

Only until we get to Jan and sign another CM or one of the injured players returns

Felt like we didn’t have a midfield at all in the second half. We were unable to retain any kind of possession. We were either pressing up top, or defending. Nothing in between. Getting Evans back is huge.

Wouldn't move Woolfie into midfield.
He's playing well at CB.
Let's not mess that up.
Agreed with need either someone back from Injury or a seasoned pro joining in January.
