Positive to take from last night 13:26 - Dec 30 with 662 views | carlisleaway | At long last we are having shots from outside the box, rather then trying to pass the ball into the net. About time we mixed it up and try something different. Shots from Evans which the keeper saved well and Morseys shot which the keeper could only parry out to Chaplain

Did you see the Sheff Weds first goal last night? First attempt on goal after about half an hour and looking toothless...bang, from 25 yards one nil, if you don't shoot you don't score and all that..

And if you look at them this season we're up there with the best. Only one team (Oxford) has had more shots from outside the box than us and only one team (Wednesday) has scored more from there. Maybe it goes under the radar because we dominate possession so much but there seems to be this school of thought that we only try and pass it in which just isn't true at all.
