Yes we are light years ahead of the Marcus Evans era and off the pitch things are going well, more plans and and amazing crowds / support. It has been suggested on here and a guy in radio Suffolk touched on it (not that Danny, jeez shut up and take a breath man) but there appears to be a mental fragility with this team at times. We cannot seem to close out games where we should be winning the points. To be fair today, as fortuitous as there goal was with a huge deflection, Plymouth were decent and deserved their point. We seemingly have to be 2 up to get over the line (Charlton away not a good example of that) We have dropped so many points from winning positions it may cost us dearly. After Wes goal we didn’t look like killing them off, the injury didn’t help with the delay. The mental side just seems to be short of where we need it to be. | |
