'Human nature' is one of tese vacuous expressions that is used, but never defined

It is usually attributed to some (considered) bad act. People exploiting/misusing something or someone

"Well, that's just human nature isn't it"

Though never used to describe any act that is selfless, helpful to others etc

Man dives into river to save child - onlookers commented

"Bloody human nature", "What do you ecpect, it's just human nature"

If I didn't believe that humans are fundamentally decent and social animals I wouldn't be an anarchist. We reap what we sow.

"They break our legs and tell us to be grateful when they offer us crutches."
