Just watching this on my lunch break (which seems to have been an all-day lunch break re-watching goals from Saturday) Ashton mentions that in addition to the Staples building they're looking at more land around the stadium and how they build to further develop.

Presume this would be acquiring the land on Portman Road so they can build across the road on the old cattle market.
