"It's the noise, the passion, the feeling of belonging, the pride in your city."

Quite simply a football club is nothing, nothing without it's supporters. Fantastic to witness yesterday's scenes so glad so many will be able to talk about the day they were part of the above.

Those "fans" calling for bans etc. for me have no place in football - you never did. The game is for the fans and if you can't cope with people enjoying themselves, then I'd genuinely suggest a different sport for you.

You embarrassed yourselves and if you never come within a 100 miles of Portman Rd again I for one wouldn't give a flying fck.

Uppa Towen and thanks to every single fan who legged it onto the pitch yesterday. Thanks for showing us all what the game is about, showing us that passion once again. Thanks for helping to make yesterday so very special.

:-)

Totally agree, it has been 20 years of pain, we have a new set
Of supporters coming through and to expect them all to stay in the stands was never really realistic

Some of these supporters have never experienced anything to celebrate before

Booing was totally over the top

Yes, if I was 40 years younger I’d have been on there like a greyhound out of the trap like back in the day, and then drunk myself silly in Town after. As it was I just smiled as they enjoyed themselves in that wonderful moment. Then I drunk myself silly in Town and The Wife had to come in from Felixstowe and get me, although she did stay for one herself and got a bit of the atmosphere. What a day, thankyou KMK and Team, and thankyou Ipswich fans for a bloody good day and night out.
