Learn your craft, build you knowledge, reputation and network of contacts, build gradually or you end up with Lampards and Rooneys, who might well have been good managers long term, but already tainted and burnt out.
That said, the praise of KM is more than worthy. Top guy

Thought the same. There's a bit of a muddled distinction in the video between thinking each name is capable of managing at the top someday vs deserving to be there now.

Think that title is merely for clicks and the video is more about just managers who have a high ceiling
