He’s getting more confidence. Any degree of imposter syndrome he may have felt in the early days should have been replaced by a justified, real belief that he belongs. He conducts himself really well on the touchline (he conducts himself well wherever he is) . This feels like a really special time - he’s brought so much pride the the team, the town, and the county. He just keeps smashing the records, and beating teams we realistically shouldn’t be beating. I hold my hands up, there was a time where I thought we wouldn’t get out of L1 playing s3xy football, but once we clicked we just swept everyone aside.
And people are starting to talk about us in the media for the right reasons (I.e not because we had a famous, gobsh1te, fraud of a manager who used to play in the Champions League for Man Utd). | | | |

The players will run through brick walls for him too it seems, the off the ball work shows that, makes the right changes at the right times too, don't think any of us have really questioned a change he's made from the bench..not to mentioned tweaks in formation throughout a game.
