And I’m expecting the players will give a lot more energy, and dynamism, than seen today. Especially with Morsy back and chomping at the bit.
Evans just didn’t drive us forward today, and I wonder if McKenna didn’t regret playing Luongo and Taylor from the start. Luongo seemed to prefer it when Taylor came on.
Moore did a bit of a number on us today with the packing of the lines - BUT - today was about us not fully turning up, not Huddersfield being good. Although that is the best they’ve played all season by all accounts. We still had 60%+ possession.
Hull will be a different kettle of fish and will come at us. Which we may prefer. And I think we’ll back to our best. The performance today was inevitable - no one can keep up the levels we’ve been achieving.
