Thought that was interesting. Seem to recall him saying something similar last year. Certainly our toughest patch last season was during Jan/Feb when pitches heavy. Remember Lincoln away being a bit like that.

Obviously we've got a new pitch at home and surfaces at this level are much better but still think it can be tricky for us.

Thought we were off with our passing yesterday but also that at times the ball wasn't quite running as it might have done a few months ago. Just a tad stickier. Might be complete nonsense and just my imagination but seemed that way.

Keep in mind that the surface had not been played on for Three weeks too, so you might well be right

Thought we looked very leggy towards the end particularly our central defenders maybe the longish break did us no favors .
