TJJ has played and scored in Derby’s last two games having come back from injury. His loan spell from Arsenal comes to an end in January although DC are keen to keep him. I wonder if we’re having a look.

Why? We loaned him and he spent half a season injured, he’s spent most this season injured, he was previously out injured when at Sheffield Wednesday, so a guys scored two third tier goals and he’s suddenly on our radar? Why? He’d be a massive gamble to stay fit and he’s not proven in the Championship.

I very much doubt we’d be interested at this point. We are heavily loaded in that area, I don’t think he gets in even as backup ahead of Hutchinson and Harness. I liked him, and thought we may move for him in the summer, but at this point I imagine the club will have one eye on the PL in the Jan window, and will be setting their sights higher.

We've moved on......

He wouldn't even get on our bench!
