tickets at planet blue 11:47 - Aug 13 with 745 views

I am a season ticket holder so this doesn't affect me but.....
I was in Planet Blue yesterday when it opened at 10am.
In front of me at the checkout were a lot of people asking and getting Fulham tickets.
The guys behind the tills were showing them a seating plan and showing them which seats were available. Once paid, the guy printed out the ticket and gave it to the customers.
They sold a fair few to the people in front of me in the queue.

I may be wrong but I thought you only got tickets by phoning up?
