You obviously have to financially compete but Man City and Chelsea will be looking at us as a brilliant place to send their players with an eye on getting big fees for them next summer. And the players themselves will see McKenna as the man to get their careers back on track. Two players with an incredible amount of ability - scary what McKenna could do with their potential given how we've seen him improve L1 players and Omari last season. Improving and getting the best out of players is just what he does.

This is why it was so vital we kept McKenna on 13:40 - Aug 15 with 484 views
It’s often glossed over that he has firsthand experience working with international players, in fact development of L1 level players was the query on his CV. Turns out he turned water into wine too.
