In two years we have progressed from League One to be playing Liverpool and Man City in out first two games of Premier League Football in 22 years! These two games will not define our season. I suspect, although they'd never admit it, that these two games are almost being treated as Pre-season - in that its a chance to see where we need to be and results not expected. I think we've learned that there is top-six bias in referee/VAR decisions. We also know we must be perfect in decisions, especially in and around both boxes- you cant give chances and have to take chances. We also have to be fitter to play how we want to play. We have to be brave and recycle the ball if can't retain possession.
We definitely cannot give one of the best teams on the planet three goals!
I'm still confident that I've seen enough in our team to think we'll survive.
Stop the panic! Enjoy the journey! Stick together and run towards adverisity!
