Its not new news but we need Hirst back and another who can take some of the weight off Delap's shoulders. Ferguson was mentioned earlier and that would be interesting.
It really does make you think 'if only' about the depth of our squad, when you see Delap blowing out of his backside after an hour. IF only we had a bit more to bring on, but it is what it is. Tonight is a great night to be enjoyed, and you're right if we can bring in a couple that hit the ground running then who knows what the 2nd half of the season might bring. It feels like we're 80% there personnel wise. |  | | |

I think it's all down to McKenna's tactics now. The last two games starting with a 5-2-2-1 and tweaking it along the way to load one side has made us more resilient but will it get worked out by the opposition ? Be interesting to see if we revert to 4-2-3-1 at Fulham. But for me the revelation is that, even with three significant injuries, we have the squad depth to mix things up. |  |
