So if he is not included on the squad list, does this allow us to bring in another loan player (possibly over 21) from a Premier League club?
I know there is a 2 loan maximum, but could this be a grey area, or does the wording of the rules include the loan of young players not included in the squad too? [Post edited 24 Jan 13:30]
