I absolutely know this will be a hotly debated award, as men's goalkeeping is at such a higher standard than women's at the moment. I see that point, for sure. However, the GK position in women's football is one of the notoriously least coached and invested positions over previous decades, and improvement in the last 5 years has been phenomenal. Women have to be coached completely differently to men due to physical attributes in correlation with the same goal size.
