Absolutely. Very happy that Kieran has the confidence to start him. Have been wanting him to start, but I appreciate it's much easier to say that as a fan than to do it as a manager. Even if McAteer's signing remains a headscratcher to the end of the season, that will be absolutely no problem if Egeli even nearly lives up to his potential. |  | | |

No 10, just behind the striker, is exactly where he was lining up for Blackburn during his excellent spell with them in the Champ. That role involves getting well forward with the way we play, too. |  |

Worked pretty well against SheffU. Even at Blackburn, our tempo picked up after the subs came on, tho rather cancelled out by the deteriorating conditions. Those have been the only two games where we've had the full team assembled. | |

Yep, I thought it might take him longer than this to get the nod as the Champ is a good step up from what he was playing. But that said, he’s clearly got the skill set, and from the clips I’ve seen, lots like a g lad for his age. Really pleased he’s shown enough to KM to get a place in the starting line up. Very excited to see what he can do - I have a feeling we have landed a future star. |  |
