Sad news for the TWTD Extreme Metal Community 23:29 - Mar 5 with 357 views

Justin Broadrick is retiring Godflesh following some fairly serious emergency surgery.
He's still going to be making music but after the forthcoming album, Godflesh will be effectively no more as it'll be too much of a strain on his body.

I remember the first time I heard 'Streetcleaner' when I was 17. I was NOT ready for something that heavy. Some days, 30-odd years later I'm still not ready for it.
