25/26 Stoke Away Match Sales 'Profile'

Belated 'profile', busy week at work... The Stoke fixture remained on-sale until the cutoff (5pm the day before the fixture), it did not sell-out. The sales profile for the fixture therefore follows.

Summary:

The Club announced an allocation of 3382 tickets had been provided. The seatmap matched that.

- The Club retained a total of 128 seats for Club allocation, steward use, etc.

- There were 36 wheelchair / assistant / ambulant seats.

- A total of 3218 tickets would have been available for purchase for across Member Sales if demand was high-enough, only 2868 were actually released for sale.

- Blocks 35, 36 and 37 were initially released, followed by parts of Block 38 being added at General Sale.

- Approximately 65 ballot-retained seats were released back into the General Sales window, along with around 80 previously club-retained seats.

Per Window Sales:

- 732 (22.75% of allocated seats) sold in the 40+ window.

- 255 (7.92% of allocated seats) seats sold in the 35+ window.

- 137 (4.26% of allocated seats) seats sold in the 30+ window.

- 106 (3.29% of allocated seats) seats sold in the 25+ window.

- 113 (3.51% of allocated seats) seats sold in the 20+ window.

- 178 (5.53% of allocated seats) seats sold in the 15+ window.

- 163 (5.07% of allocated seats) seats sold in the 10+ window.

- 73 (2.27% of allocated seats) seats sold in the 5+ window.

- 45 (1.40% of allocated seats) seats sold in the Season Ticket window.

- 512 (15.91% of allocated seats) seats sold in the General Sale window.

- 904 (28.09% of allocated seats) available seats were not sold.

Points of Note:

* Relatively low sales across all Windows compared to a weekend fixture, unsurpising given distance on a week-night.

* There was a large 'family' section (circa 450 seats) available where tickets could only be purchased at a max ratio of 2 adults to 1 'under'. Unsurprisingly for a long-distance school-night, this area was not at all popular, probably only 30 or so seats sold.

* An unusually low level of club-retention for this fixture, with many initially retained seats released back to regular sales.
