Silly ticket office opening hours 09:32 - Jul 31 with 921 viewskpblues

Does anybody else find it weird that the ITFC ticket office opens at 10 and that's exactly when the tickets go on sale ?

This means
1. Problems/queries with website/logins etc cannot be resolved before the tickets go live.
2. Whilst your issue is being sorted others are purchasing so your choice is reduced.
3. In cases where there is a ticket issue everybody has to phone at the same time (10am) thus overwhelming the ticket office.

On "Ticket days" why don't they open at 9 like normal offices?

They must only have 1 person on the phones. I called them the other day and was number 33 in the queue, and it took 1hr 20mins to get through.
