I'm not clever enough to work out what they are doing, but they must be some kind of rules they are navigating around.
If there were a similar amount of dealings between 2 clubs, who weren't sister clubs, it would get looked at I'm sure.
Its quite surprising how often Brighton are involved with both clubs as well.
