I got caught out by the new screen‑ordering system on Friday — you have to pay at a terminal before taking the receipt to the counter.

How long has that been in place? I haven’t bought anything in the ground for about ten years, so it was a surprise to be sent over to complete the transaction that way

Ah ... I've not been to the Cobbold for awhile, but it's been that way in the South since last season.
