 Wednesday, 23rd Aug 2006 20:21 Town president Sir Bobby Robson underwent surgery on his brain tumour earlier today in the North-East. A statement from the hospital said the operation went "very well". The tumour was discovered in tests carried out after the former England boss was taken ill during Town's home game with Crystal Palace.
