![]() Wednesday, 7th Feb 2007 10:44 Striker Dean Bowditch says he hopes to begin his latest loan spell with Brighton next week. The former England U19 international will rejoin the Seagulls once he is over the groin injury which hampered his previous two-month period at the Withdean Stadium. Bowditch is hopeful he is now close to a return to action: "It's getting a lot better but I don't want to do anything yet until I am properly fit. If I come back too early again then I will be out for longer. "It is just an inflammation problem around the tendon, so I don't need surgery. Hopefully the Saturday after this one will be a good target. It depends how this week goes. I am going to do a bit of training and go from there." The 20-year-old made one start and three sub appearances during his previous spell with the Seagulls, scoring one goal.
