![]() Thursday, 31st May 2007 12:45 Released Town midfielder Darren Currie says he is yet to hold contract talks with loan club Derby County. The 32-year-old was left out of the 16 as the Rams won promotion to the Premiership in Monday's play-off final against West Brom. Currie said: "There have been no talks with Derby as yet because the club wanted to get the play-offs over and done with and then see where they stood. "Of course I would like to stay with Derby because the lads are the best bunch I have ever played with and I have really enjoyed helping them win promotion to the Premier League. "But this is football and anything can happen, so if it does not work out then I will just have to look for another club."
