Keeper Neil Alexander is a doubt ahead of Saturday's trip to West Brom as his wife Joanne is still to give birth to their second child.

The Scottish international was on standby to return to Suffolk if his wife went into labour while he was away with the Blues at Watford a fortnight ago and could be in the same position again when Town travel to the Midlands on Friday.

Shane Supple was left out of the reserve game with Southend on Monday and will be called upon if Alexander is called back home.
