 Friday, 2nd Nov 2007 10:00 Boss Jim Magilton has revealed he has met mystery new investor Marcus Evans and says the pair had a good understanding. Magilton said: “We have discussed the footballing situation at Ipswich Town and we are on the same wavelength. “His arrival is great news for the club and it can only benefit all sections on and off the field at Portman Road."
