Sir Bobby to Increase Involvement
Sir Bobby to Increase Involvement

Legendary Town boss Sir Bobby Robson says he is keen to increase his involvement with the Blues. Robson, who is the club's life president, was handed a Lifetime Achievement Award at last night's BBC Sports Personality of the Year ceremony.

Robson said: “A lifetime achievement award suggests the next stop is a coffin. Let me assure you, that will not be the case.”

“I am going to be more active in my role as president of Ipswich Town, may stay involved with the FAI and continue to watch as many games as possible.”

Meanwhile, full-back Sito has hinted that he could leave the club in January. The Spaniard has rarely been involved in the first team during Jim Magilton's time in charge at Portman Road and is aware of two Championship clubs who may be interested in signing him.
