![]() Friday, 18th Jan 2008 10:22 Boss Jim Magilton has revealed that the Blues have finally made their second offer for Plymouth Argyle midfielder David Norris. The Town manager has also denied a number of recent transfer links. Magilton says Norris continues to be his main focus: “We are determined to get him and have gone back with a very good improved offer last night. “We see David Norris and Gareth McAuley as players that can make a big different to us and these are who we are concentrating on most at the moment. “If they do not come off, and we are hopeful that we will eventually get our man, then Plan B could come into action.” Magilton says he has no interest in Birmingham's Martin Taylor, Aberdeen's Lee Miller or Dundee United's Barry Robson. Town will not be taking their interest in Portuguese trialist Ricardo Fernandes any further, while the Blues have received no bids for any of the current squad. However, it is likely George O'Callaghan will move on during the transfer window, probably back to Ireland, while Chris Casement and Sammy Moore are expected to make loan moves, with Stevenage interested in the Northern Irish defender and Leeds after the midfielder.
