![]() Saturday, 31st May 2008 16:12 Accrington Stanley chief executive Rob Heys says transfer-listed Town midfielder Gary Roberts is more likely to move to another Championship club than rejoin his League Two side. Stanley boss John Coleman has enquired about taking Roberts back to Lancashire. Heys said: "John Coleman always keeps in touch with his former players. He has made a very tentative enquiry, but unfortunately Gary has played at a higher level and is on good wages at Ipswich. So maybe he'll try and stay at a better level elsewhere. "But we are monitoring the situation and, if the opportunity becomes available, we'll make every effort to bring him back." Roberts was one of five players made available by boss Jim Magilton and is believed to be available on a free transfer.
