Boss Jim Magilton has welcomed a home draw in the third round of the FA Cup for the second year running. The Blues will face the winners of the second round tie between League Two Chesterfield and Blue Square North Droylsden.

Magilton told the club site: "It's a home draw and that is all you can ask for.

"Whoever we face will relish the challenge of coming to Portman Road and will look to cause an upset.

"But we have to be switched on and do a professional job and make sure that doesn't happen."

The third round tie will be played on January 3rd/4th with Chesterfield and Droylsden playing their tie - abandoned at the weekend due to fog - for the second time on December 9th.
