Jon Walters and David Wright are both set to undergo scans having picked up injuries at Bristol City on Monday. Wright aggravated his hamstring problem, while Walters again hurt his ankle.

Walters told the club site: "My ankle is sore. I came down on it and felt pain straight away. It's disappointing and I will have to wait and see what the scan shows."

Both are considered doubts ahead of Sunday's derby against Norwich City at Portman Road, a match former Blue Alan Lee says he is very much looking forward to: "It's a big game. I think they've got something to prove to their fans. I know the fans are unhappy at the moment, so if the players are worth their salt they'll be going in full-blooded on Sunday, as we will.

"I love those games. I've not lost a local derby yet, so I don't aim to start on Sunday. I'll do everything I can for Norwich City.”

Kevin Lisbie, previously a loanee at Carrow Road, says Monday's game at Bristol City will have done a lot to restore confidence in the Town squad: "The performance and result sets it up for Sunday. I'm looking forward to the Norwich game, which will be a good game to win after this.

"Our fans will love it if we give them a good spanking.”
