Haha, i like the way everyone is trying to guess who we will be getting by the numbers. But he goes, Friend will be 6 and 8 I cant really decide on as i don't think we'll get Davies but who knows!!

Maybe they see Carlos as the right winger (natural position) when Hewitt recovers from injury.

I wouldnt read too much in to squad numbers and hopefully the players dont either. Teams are picked based on performance and fitness.

Great to see Byron Lawrence getting a senior shirt number, 31.
Lets hope he makes 31 his own!

Apparently the 'Friend' signing is dependant upon Cresswell leaving - according to the local paper. If that's true, will be very disappointed - as friend is not as good as Cresswell at LB. friend as competition at CB would be good - why not sign him anyway?

Looks a very small, but decent squad, friend & Davies would be a decent finishing touch. Also there are only 5 players over 30 there (Delaney, Edwards, Scotland, Ellington and Bullard) looks a very exciting season if we can keep cresswell.
